  • Looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are looking to hone and expand their pastry and decorating skills in a positive work environment.

  • Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in a professional bakery[internships included]. Highly skilled and self-motivated home bakers/cake decorators are welcome.

  • Must be proficient in basic pastry cook skills and can execute recipes [cake batters, baking cakes, pastry cream, premium fillings, Italian buttercream]

  • Looking for someone proficient in icing cakes, piping skills, and fondant work, but not necessary.

  • Resume required. Portfolio is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of cake batters, baked goods, and fillings according to established recipes.

  • Handle food safely and maintain a clean kitchen environment.

  • Assist in packaging finished products for sale, ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Work well with team members to ensure efficient food production and service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
