Don’t fear the fondant! Level up your cake decorating game and learn the secrets of working with fondant!
Overview: Everyone will cover a dummy 8” cake, learn to use molds, create a bow, and properly handle fondant.

Under the watchful eye of the professionals, hone in on your icing abilities! We want to spend some time and get back to the basics of buttercreaming!
On the Menu: Italian Buttercream(Demo) & Vanilla Sponge + Vanilla Bean Buttercream
Overview: We will demo our Italian Buttercream recipe and then everyone will ice and decorate a 6” cake. We will be sharing the tools and techniques we use to ice a perfect cake, and practice different textures and border piping designs.

Calling all chocolate lovers!! Our decadent chocolate cake is a client favorite.
On the Menu: Devil’s Food + Chocolate Buttercream
Overview: We will demo our devil’s food recipe and then everyone will ice and decorate a 6” cake. Learn to pour the perfect glaze, add gold leaf, and make chocolate shavings.

Overview: Everyone will make Linzer Tart dough, roll out/bake, and assemble. In addition to dipping some chocolate treats like pretzels, oreos, and more.
