All custom event orders must be placed in advance through our online scheduling system. All in-person consults are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All correspondence occurs during office hours [T-TH: 10 am - 4 pm]. Typical response time is 3-7 days and can vary depending on our production schedule.
