PICK-UP ADDRESS:

Please come to our front entrance on First Avenue. If the door is locked, please ring the doorbell and someone will come to assist you.

*Please Note - Do not use a car GPS, it will bring you to a residence. Google or iPhone maps will bring you to the correct location.

PICK-UP TIME: 

A 1-hour pick-up window will be scheduled between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm, on weekdays, and 9 am - 12 pm on weekends.

If you need to change your pick-up time, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you do not show up for your scheduled day, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the same time slot for a different day.

*Pick-up Disclaimer - We strongly recommend delivery for 3+ tiered cakes. In general, for all pick-ups, we do not claim responsibility for what happens once it leaves our premises.

TRANSPORT:

Pick up and carry the box from the bottom only. Do not squeeze the sides of the box.

Place the cake box on a flat surface in your car, like your trunk or floor. Avoid placing the cake on a slant, like on a bucket seat.

Keep the cake away from direct sunlight.

Drive carefully and avoid sharp turns and slamming the brakes.

DELIVERY FEE:

There is a fee for delivery. Please view the delivery map below for an estimate. High-demand dates, heavy-traffic areas, and locations outside the map will incur additional fees.

DELIVERY TIME:

Time slots are limited and availability is not guaranteed. We typically deliver 1-5 hours prior to the start time. Most cakes will not need refrigeration, however, if we can only accommodate a morning delivery for an evening event, the venue will need to keep the cake refrigerated. All cakes should be served at room temperature and removed from refrigeration 4-5 hours prior to serving.
